Remains of a stone Norman castle, situated in a delightful spot alongside the River Ogmore.

The Castle, first built by William de Londres in 1116, to guard a major fort is open for the public to explore. At low tide cross the river using the famous stepping stones. A wonderful place to explore the Glamorgan Heritage Coast.

The Castle is a CADW property.
