Welcome to Tair Gafr Wines. We are a newly established vineyard in the heart of the Vale of Glamorgan, We are passionate about animals, wine and biodiversity. All of these interests are encompassed in our field, where our variety of animals mix together and have their own special jobs on the vineyard.

Nestled in the heart of the glorious Vale of Glamorgan, St Hilary Vineyard is situated a mile from Cowbridge. Visits by appointment or on advertised open days. Wine tasting available.

We offer customers high quality, seasonal food to buy from the shop or to eat in our restaurant in a beautiful setting overlooking the Thaw valley. Produce comes from our own farm on Penllyn Estate and from many local, Welsh suppliers.
