Based just outside Cardiff, Taskforce Skirmish offer family days out, corporate teambuilding sessions, or even an unforgettable stag or hen weekend. If you are looking for outdoor activities, look no further! Paintballing Even if you’ve played Paintball before, aside from a real battle front, nowhere has an atmosphere even approaching that at the Taskforce Skirmish site at Cowbridge. The site is not a field with a few crates strewn about; it is a dedicated Paintball combat arena. Thirty acres of bunkers, a village, a real helicopter, 2 bridges, with adjacent aerial walkways, a munitions dump, tree houses, concrete tunnels and many other features which make for an exciting, exhilarating and fun-packed day out. There’s also a ‘safe area’ where you are able to rest between games with hot food snacks and drinks for sale.

The site holds games for adults (16 years and above) and juniors (11 to 16 years). You can book for a group of any size to play at Taskforce Skirmish, a game normally consists of about 30 players, so if you’ve only got a small group or it’s just yourself, the site will join you in with others of a similar experience. Most games are played on weekends, however if you wish to play during the week the site is happy to accommodate a day of your choice. During the lighter summer months, the site is able to offer games after work to play until dusk. The earlier you can arrive the more games, you are able to get in. (Minimum player numbers may apply for weekday and evening games). A free certificate can be presented for special occasions (birthday, stag, hen or other special occasion ) please let the site know the details when you book. If you book for a group of 10 to 20 players, then as the organiser your game fee will be free of charge. You will be promised a day you will always remember. Evening sessions can be arranged.
