We’ve teamed up with our friends at The Roost on Rock Road and Sealands Farm Holiday Cottages to offer you a wonderful short break in beautiful surroundings including a bar meal, where your dog will get as much of a welcome as you will!

A complimentary doggy treat basket will be waiting for your pooch at Sealands Farm, and they may even sneak a treat from the doggy biscuit jar at the Roost if they’re well behaved when you dine!

How to enter: Head over to our Visit the Vale Facebook page and follow the instructions on the post. Simply follow @visitthevale, Like the post and tag a friend who would enjoy this with you. We'd love to see a photo of your furry fiend, so feel free to share a pic in the comments too.

The Roost on Rock Road

The Roost on Rock Road, or simply 'The Roost' to its valued customers, is a contemporary yet proudly traditional Welsh pub - a place to eat, drink and sleep. Set in the heart of the Vale of Glamorgan, they serve locally sourced, seasonal food in a relaxed and welcoming setting. And dogs are welcome with diners too!

Sealands Farm Cottages

Brand new Sealands Farm Cottages are all doggy friendly and come beautifully presented with private garden and hot tub for you to relax. Located on the glorious Glamorgan Heritage Coast you and your dog will be spoilt for choice of beaches and beautiful walks.

Competition Details

The prize must be taken between a Fri-Sun between Oct 2023-March 2024

Accommodation and dining subject to availability

Accommodation at Sealands Self Catering is for up to 4 people and two dogs

Dining voucher for a bar meal at The Roost on Rock Road up to the value of £100

Prize is for 2 nights accommodation and evening bar meal, and must be taken before end March 2024

UK entries only
